All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

📦 Estimated Shipping Times

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Puerto Rico: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high order volume.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and provide either:

  • A replacement option, or
  • A full refund

JeansWorld is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been handed over for delivery.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn and unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Tags and packaging must be included

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After processing begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist you.
